Don’t wait too long.

If you feel held back in your job, it’s not your imagination. It’s your soul letting you know what you need.

Some years ago, I learned through a difficult experience the damage that occurred when I ignored that feeling too long. I talked to someone this week who had a similar experience. We ignored our feelings because we were too busy working to find another job when we had a “good” one already. Ultimately, we didn’t believe there was anything better out there for us.

There is, always. It isn’t always easy or immediate, but there are always possibilities, and they can always lead to something better. Believing is the key. We must believe in ourselves and in the realm of possibilities to support us.
